Agreement
Upon registration, the Bible school is sent a certificate of registration. By displaying this certificate in a prominent place, the Bible School agrees to a set of principles whereby the Tuition Centre is operated to mentor students through CLT. The wording is as follows:

Calvary Life Tutors
This is to certify that
[Name of the Tuition Centre]
... is registered until 30th of April 2014 as a Tuition Centre and has agreed to the following conditions:
To offer tuition ... (regarding students who receive mentoring for Certificates or Diplomas)
- Upholding the objectives of Calvary Life Tutors
- Subscribing to the student rules and other guidelines of the Centre Guide as updated from time to time
- Using the Calvary Life Tutors and Calvary Academics lecture books (or approved alternatives) in order to set a high standard.
- Following the standard Method of Tuition:
- Providing Lecture Books and/or lectures for each student/couple, thereby ensuring that the student is thoroughly familiar with the contents of the course, making provision for discussion on the course contents
- Requiring students to study-read the lecture books before or after each lecture as a minimum research requirement
- Encouraging the student to complete the Work Books in order to prepare for the module test
- Requiring the student to complete one or two selected Assignments per module
- Assess the students on practical skills through Tasks and write formative Tests which are moderated by a qualified person in order to receive attendance certificates.
- Provide CLT with basic yearly statistics (during April)
- Send in results of modules in the required format to enable CLT to issue the attendance Certificates
- Have a long-term plan to promote a learning ambience at the Tuition Centre which is typical of a higher education environment
- Encourage students to pursue further studies
- Convey to lecturers the need for their furtherance of skills and qualifications through CLT for the sake of the students' upliftment. To encourage research and to develop writing skills
- Promote the establishment of facilities such as access to books, tapes, CD's, the Internet and the like; to research material with a ministry content which would be of benefit to the learners
- Have a plan for bursaries for students or similar support for students who, at the discretion of the local Tuition Centre, would need this help in order to fulfil their calling to the ministry
- Honour the Lord Jesus Christ in all they do, obeying His command to teach in order to make disciples, workers, leaders, evangelists, pastors, and teachers who will equip others also.
